The gift card doesn’t work. It says 0 balance. I never used it .Tried in store they said something about Third party gift cards don’t work sometimes. Mine doesn’t work

you can't go wrong with a gift card. it lets someone get what they want.

Beware….. the digital gift (electronic) card did not work on the app when trying to make a purchase. After an hour on the phone, being transferred 7 times, I was told I had to wait 5 days or 120 working hours for an answer and a re-issued gift card. I was so irritated….and then I went to the website instead of the app, and it accepted the gift card. This may be the last time I give Best Buy my money.

These gift cards are nice - but I wish they would give you an option to autoload these to your account instead of having to save a PDF or printing out the barcode. It is 2022 and we need a better solution.

The card can be found in purchased history, but cannot check the balance from Best Buy account

The camera is good but even with a lot of light the images get blurry. It lacks precisions.

Got this for buying a game . I kept getting email reminders to use it. I would rather it didn't have a expiration date just saying

Great promotion! Received this from spending X amount of money at BB on a vacuum. Unfortunately, I ended up returning the vacuum because it was poor quality. I've spent my entire young adult life purchasing appliances and electronics for my past 3 homes throughout the years. They've always been really easy to work with- until recently. The online chat and phone customer service is now contracted out internationally. It is EXTREMELY difficult to communicate with the reps who are not well versed in English and every experience is very frustrating. It seems everything in America is going this route and it is seriously depressing. Unfortunately, I will now be going elsewhere for any future large appliance and electronic purchases. I'm sure nobody at Best Buy will even read this review, but wanted to get it out there that you are losing a very loyal customer who has spent thousands.

Nothing better than free stuff to put towards a future purchase

It was a little complicated to access and use but was a nice addition to an earlier purchase.

I love my new Samsung Refrigerator! The convenience offered by the 4 door unit makes meal prep and storage easy and quick. I do wish the ice maker provided more and larger ice cubes.

Item never shipped and they would not give me back the total price I paid for it

Poor battery life span. I use my phone regularly for work, within a little over 4 hours it went from full charge to almost dead.

This digital gift card is hard to locate and even at this moment I’m only writing this review in hopes that I will be able to select it from my purchases and use it. We will see.

Really handy and efficient little promotion. Helped me save 5 dollars and using it during a sale means even more saving. It is good to see Best Buy doing little things to help us save some cash.

i love getting gift cards because friends and family can buy whatever they like

Best Buy cancelled my order and did not reutn the promotional certificate. I'd be careful using this.
