Multiple customer services told me it was shipped. The day it was supposed to arrive for the second time it didnt show. I called then next day and they told me it was a payment issue, which the other workers didn't tell me. Funny thing is I order the luggage and another item and the other item arrived no issues with the same payment. Best Buy customer service don't care about you. If a order is delayed I promise you they don't and won't deliver the item. SAD

I called Best Buy customer support and was told I would need to call the gift card number and that they could not help me… I called the gift card number and they told me I would have to call customer support and they could not help me. Ridiculous.

Every time I try to redeem it it says I don't have authorization but it hasn't been used because I'm still getting emails from Best Buy telling me my gift card is ready. I can assure you that I will never be dealing with Best Buy ever again. This has been a horrible experience and it's cost me money. And every time I chatted with their customer service they would tell me there's nothing they could do and I'd have to call the number but I'm hard of hearing and can't make calls. Their accessibility options are non-existent. Never buy Best Buy again.
