Rewards program can use improvements

It’s kind of annoying that you get rewards notifications one day and then a few days later you get another saying you got more. To add on to it. Why isn’t there an option in your current purchase to modify and rewards after you did a pre-order that hasn’t arrived? Makes no sense. You should be able to apply it if you haven’t received the item yet.

Gift card problems.

I returned some items that I purchased with it, but the return was credited to an egift card that got stuck in my spam filter. It would have been a lot simpler if Best Buy had credited the return balance to the original gift card.
