Built like a tank and weighs about as much as one!

The handle that opens the 2nd door would not catch without pushing in real hard for it to catch, thankfully it’s a known issue with some so the sent out a free replacement. Top notch service. Just a warning this thing is extremely heavy so be prepared.

Gift card not worth the hassle

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was grateful to get this gift card, what I didn't like was when I had to return the product because it was defective it messed up everything with the gift card and I had to go to corporate to address the concern. I don't like how Best Buy doesn't have a handle on how to take care of this concern. Because of this I would never buy another product that gives the gift card with it, it's not worth the hassle.
