Was very happy in to beginning but after about 6 months the dryer isn’t drying like it was or is supposed to and have to run 1-3 more cycles to get the clothes dry. After arguing with LG they’re finally sending someone out

Got a $50 card with an Oculus VR! Bestbuy knows how to please! The gift card made the difference on where I would buy the item. And then getting to redeem it almost instantly after pick up! Shwew. Was already back on the site looking to spend it.

Could save much money with bestbuy credit card. Because they offer o% interest rate for a certain amount of time. But. Needs progress for app because it works slow

What a surprise!! It was easy to use this $20 e-gift with an online purchase. I thought it might be limited to certain purchases, but it worked the first time I tried to use it. A great promotional item!!!

The promotional gift card does not work. Talked to six different people giving me different timelines and excuses and still not fixed! I talked to one guy that tried to charge me $4.95 to fix the gift card, would not put a supervisor on the phone unless I gave him my bank card info! When I told him I wasn't paying for them to fix my gift card and wasn't giving him my card info I was then told he wasn't putting me through to the supervisor until I did. Finally after I told him I was recording the call and was calling corporate to play it for them he finally transfered me. The supervisor was just as rude. He told me that was procedure and then gave me another number to call before hanging up on me. The number he gave me had nothing to do with Best Buy! I will not be shopping with Best Buy again after this. Beware if you are offered a promotional gift card to buy something. I made my purchase in November, it's six days before Christmas and still no gift card!

I'm honestly reviewing all my purchases in an effort for everyone to have a real life review of what we purchase at Best Buy. We would like to win this egift card but I wont give something 5 stars just to get the card. The products we love, we have given 5 stars. The ones we do not like are honestly reviewed. The challenge is now on Best Buy as to whether they will post our honest review.

I didnt realize after my delivery, i would receive a gift card. I can't wait to use it for my new TV I will purchase also from Best Buy.
