I love my new Samsung Refrigerator! The convenience offered by the 4 door unit makes meal prep and storage easy and quick. I do wish the ice maker provided more and larger ice cubes.

Over paid for a product, in return received this free item. Which now makes my purchased item no longer available to price match

The gift card doesn’t work. It says 0 balance. I never used it .Tried in store they said something about Third party gift cards don’t work sometimes. Mine doesn’t work

Didn’t get to use half of it. Was too hard to get in to use. I would like to be able to use when I get these

Great promotion! Received this from spending X amount of money at BB on a vacuum. Unfortunately, I ended up returning the vacuum because it was poor quality. I've spent my entire young adult life purchasing appliances and electronics for my past 3 homes throughout the years. They've always been really easy to work with- until recently. The online chat and phone customer service is now contracted out internationally. It is EXTREMELY difficult to communicate with the reps who are not well versed in English and every experience is very frustrating. It seems everything in America is going this route and it is seriously depressing. Unfortunately, I will now be going elsewhere for any future large appliance and electronic purchases. I'm sure nobody at Best Buy will even read this review, but wanted to get it out there that you are losing a very loyal customer who has spent thousands.

It was a little complicated to access and use but was a nice addition to an earlier purchase.

I do not recall receiving a $50 gift card for retail use. I recall (2) options to use for services which did not appeal to me.

Poor battery life span. I use my phone regularly for work, within a little over 4 hours it went from full charge to almost dead.

got 3 $10 digital giftcards, two of them not working. Talking with 2 agent for almost 1 hours now, they still can't figure out what is going on.

Really handy and efficient little promotion. Helped me save 5 dollars and using it during a sale means even more saving. It is good to see Best Buy doing little things to help us save some cash.

Received an egift card sent to my email but was canceled because I didn't provide an email address. Really!!!! This makes the purpose for purchasing at Best Buy rather than some where else useless and deceiving. Not cool!

Came through quickly and was as expected for a promo card although I wished it was more widely usable. Some products you can’t use the promotion card to purchase.

Trilled to use it on a washer/dryer combo and said the PIN number wasn’t any good. Don’t trust the free gift card offer

As with the $100. Gift card, when I tried to apply it, I was told it did not exist. Very, very disappointed

Won’t let me use gift card online. Now I have to drive 30 miles to use or argue with customer service.

This digital gift card is hard to locate and even at this moment I’m only writing this review in hopes that I will be able to select it from my purchases and use it. We will see.

It did not get applied automatically, make sure you figure out how to get it to work properly.

I wasnt expecting this but I got it so now I’m here writing this.
