Ice making is very slow and it makes a noise. At first i was happy bc id been without an in-door ice maker for couple years. Now im noticing the wait time and the noise.

Always easy and convenient to give and also to receive & use. Plenty if things at Best Buy to use it at. Hard part is deciding on what to get!

Most purchases are very easy, but I got a huge run around about a lugagge a few months back. Multiple customer services told me it was shipped. The day it was supposed to arrive for the second time it didnt show. I called then next day and they told me it was a payment issue, which the other workers didn't tell me. Funny thing is I order the luggage and another item and the other item arrived no issues with the same payment. Best Buy customer service don't care about you. If a order is delayed I promise you they don't and won't deliver the item. SAD

I've talked to customer service multiple times and did everything they suggested and left a ticket on 11/29 and have never heard back. Every time I try to redeem it it says I don't have authorization but it hasn't been used because I'm still getting emails from Best Buy telling me my gift card is ready. I can assure you that I will never be dealing with Best Buy ever again. This has been a horrible experience and it's cost me money. And every time I chatted with their customer service they would tell me there's nothing they could do and I'd have to call the number but I'm hard of hearing and can't make calls. Their accessibility options are non-existent. Never buy Best Buy again.

We didn't even know that our purchase included the Best Buy E-Gift card! We used it to purchase a new router to go with our new computer.

I haven't used our e gift card yet but plan to soon! In one month's time our TV, Microwave, and food processor all quit. Bought a LG TV.

The item I purchased with the card ended up not being delivered at all, then I was told that the card had expired by the time I got my refund for the additional amount I spent along with the card.

It expired :( before I could use it. I wosh someone had texted me to mention I had an unused gift card.

i got a digital gift card with a certain amount of purchase, i prefer the acutal gift card instead of digital

I purchased a washer and a dryer and should have been issued to $50 E gift cards… Only one of the two arrived via email. I called Best Buy customer support and was told I would need to call the gift card number and that they could not help me… I called the gift card number and they told me I would have to call customer support and they could not help me. Ridiculous.
