I was given $150 towards next purchase and less than 6 hours later bestbuy was offering $250. I reached out to bestbuy to see about giving me the $250 vs $150 after purchasing $2200 worth of Samsung washer and dryer and they said they couldn’t do anything about it! Not even 24 hours later. Should have been honored but i felt that was messed up and not right on bestbuys behalf considering I purchaed alot this month from them!

Digital promotion with purchase of item. After spending over an hour on the phone with best buy customer service they are and have been unable to provide information on the egift card. I tried digital and phone support, was transferred 5 plus times where the person said 'I promise i'm your person' but ultimately just dumped me to another department. Buyer beware I would not recommend doing business any longer with Best Buy. Its not the brand it once was.
