Got a $50 card with an Oculus VR! Bestbuy knows how to please! The gift card made the difference on where I would buy the item. And then getting to redeem it almost instantly after pick up! Shwew. Was already back on the site looking to spend it.

Best promotion ever! Bought a washer and dryer and got the $150 gift card. Was able to use that to buy Christmas presents.

This was $10.00 to spend at my favorite store, so I am always stoked to get them. If Best Buy would like to send more I would do the opposite of complain. Plus I thoroughly enjoyed the game I bought to receive it, so it is a win-win for me!

This washer/dryer has never worked properly. I notified LG within 30 days that it just doesn't dry the clothes. They connected me to a tech that was simply nasty and unhelpful. He insisted that the issue was that my drain pipe wasn't tall enough so I followed his instructions by adding a piece of PVC such that the height matched his specifications. It didn't help and he went silent. I contacted LG again and they said they would send a tech out. I subsequently received many emails and texts saying that they were trying to locate a tech in my area. This went on for weeks until finally they advised that they were sorry but they were unable to locate a tech in my area. This washer/dryer was a waste of money. We bought Samsung washers and dryers for years and they were always great. In fact, we're still using our 12 year old Samsung washer and dryer and they're great. We bought this washer/dryer to relocate it such that we'd free up the current space for a shower in that half bath. Now this LG washer just sits because it washes the clothes poorly and takes 2 additional dryings to get the clothes dry. My conclusion is that Life's Good when you buy Samsung products.

The e-gift card was sent to my email within minutes of picking up my product at the store. So I can use it to buy other items without having to drive back to the store later. Really appreciated the quickness of the service.

What's not to like? It's basically money back for making purchases that I had to make anyway. I have not cashed it in, but at worse, it's $200 towards anohter purchase.
