May be fine

If you buy something with this free GC and return it…even if it is because it doesn’t work they reduce the return value by $50. Fine if you are a frequent shopper, or if there was clear signage about return value decreasing but we returned the item because my parents who are elderly found a better deal at another store. Not so great when they suddenly couldn’t get a full refund and have no need for tech from BB.

This causes it to catch in the heating element and I've already had significant issues with drying clothes because of it. I had to get a special adapter for my vacuum bc it isn't easily accessible. Other than that I really love it, but this is something they really need to fix.
