I have given excellent rating because of price, quality and good customer service. What I find a bit difficult is turning the machines on. It is a bit tricky pressing the start button and ensuring it is on. I hit it and sometimes come back and clothes were never washed.

To my big surprise, I received this after purchasing a TV! I had no idea that the purchase came with a gift card, so you can imagine my excitement! Happy dance!! The TV I purchased has been awesome and Best Buy knocked it out of the park with this surprise gift! I couldn’t be happier! (I am still considering what I will purchase with it). Thank you Best Buy!

Got a 10 dollar gift card, which is always nice, to order madden for 60 with tax. All games should be 60 not 70... just my opionion.

I feel the rewards program should come on certain days. It’s kind of annoying that you get rewards notifications one day and then a few days later you get another saying you got more. To add on to it. Why isn’t there an option in your current purchase to modify and rewards after you did a pre-order that hasn’t arrived? Makes no sense. You should be able to apply it if you haven’t received the item yet.

It is good you can get these as an offer from making some purchases, however it these promotional cards expire after a short amount of time, they are not like regular giftcards. You can also not use them to purchase everything sold at bestbuy. You cannot use them to purchase any kind of digital items like PlayStation or Xbox cards.

Why shoo online from stores where you never see or feel the product when Best Buy gives gift cards and matching prices to buy from them. Great incentive.

This has all the features I was waiting for and I am happy with my purchase. The option to use the oven as one spacious or two smaller is fantastic. The stovetop heats quickly and the multiple element sizes/options are great. The black stainless steel color is beautiful.

We qualified for this $50 reward and used it on our next purchases. It was easy and let us feel great. The items we purchased at that time qualified us for even more rewards. Pricing became really good.
