I've had it a few months now and I have no complaints. It's quite spacious and keeps the temperature just right. I specifically got this model because I didn't want a space consuming ice maker or water dispenser. I have nice silicone whiskey ice cube trays and a Brita pitcher for those needs. This fits perfectly in the space that my old one took up.

I received a promotional e-gift card for upgrading from a Pixel 6 to a Pixel 7. The whole process was done virtually, outside of physical stores. Returning my Pixel 6 was a bit slow due to the delay of receiving my return packaging and instructions, but other than that the overall process was smooth. Thanks Best Buy!

I received this gift card as part of the compensation I received for delayed delivery (3 months) and early credit card charge (1 month before delivery). My only issue with this is that BB does not keep bar code record of the gift cards it issues (according to sales clerk). When I used it, I had to locate the original and only email that was sent to me to locate the bar code. This took about 20 minutes. I would have been easier if the bar code was kept in my BB account.

Such a great product. If you have the money, buy it. I don’t have to worry about a vent, I don’t have to put detergent or fabric softner every time. If I had to buy this again I would. Laundry doesn’t even feel like a chore anymore, just put it in and take it out.
