    Delivery was great & the product is amazing!! Very spacious, soft close drawers are the best. The built in auto refill water pitcher amazing, it refills in under 2 mins. Would recommend this product

    So far so good in general. Though I don't use the knock light with the glass door. I like the different ice options I stopped using the indoor ice and instead use the mini cubes & craft ice so I have to open the freezer frequently because of it. Guess it would be better if the in-door ice maker could make more than 1 type to help with energy consumption. Oh, the lack of door handles is awkward so it can be a real concern for a someone with mobility or height challenges. It's fine for me but I can see where it won't work for all humans.

    Purchased the item online. Was able to pick it up in store later the same day. Customer service was super easy friendly and helpful. Everything went as smooth as possible and I got the credit that was part of the deal when the item was purchased. Very happy with Best Buy.
