I ordered and picked up my item in store, where they immediately sent me my $30 ghost card. I was able to use my gift card the same day towards the purchase a new iPhone. So happy with my choice.

Functional but dented

I have done all of my laundry and it worked like expected. The only issue, it was delivered dented. I have called and received a discount because of the dent, customer service was spot on. My only issue was that it was necessary on a brand new expensive appliance.

I was able to use the e-gift card with a future order (was a laptop) - I combined it with other Best Buy e-gift cards without issue - it was a great value and easy to use!
