I got the code in a matter of minutes. Easy and straight forward but I wish I could add it to a balance insteas of holding on to the code until I decide to use it.

Great stove. Only couple of issues: there's a gap between the back of the stove and the wall, so need to install a cover for the back and second issue is it's hard to put the pieces in place so they fit in the space correct.

Was very happy in to beginning but after about 6 months the dryer isn’t drying like it was or is supposed to and have to run 1-3 more cycles to get the clothes dry. After arguing with LG they’re finally sending someone out

An unexpected surprise and another new reason I continue to shop at Best Buy!

Door is hard to open (too much tension) and won't stay all the way down to slide the bottom rack. Far top rack just gets in the way and nothing fits in there. All the foldable racks keep falling down. Is does not clean as well as the cheap ge I threw away. The touch pad doesn't always turn it on right away, I have to keep touching it and it doesn't matter long or short touch it powers up when it wants to. It does not revert to the last setting (high-temp)It is quiet but the rest is terrible. All of my appliances are Samsung and I will rethink my options in the future.
