Unable to use for Meta games!

This makes no sense why do you care what I use it for I am spending it through your company. This is typical and of course you call customer service an your routed to a call center in another country! Unacceptable! I will not be doing any business further with Best Buy! I know just one person but I will share this experience with everyone I know!
