Nightmare

It has been over three months, and Whirlpool has yet to repair the issue. Despite countless calls and assurances that the problem would be resolved, I am still left with a non-functional refrigerator. The level of customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. The technicians arrive unprepared, unaware of the issue, and without the necessary parts—even though I was told they had been ordered. The lack of communication and accountability is appalling. I trusted Whirlpool for a reliable product and responsive service, but this experience has been nothing but impossible. I strongly urge others to think twice before purchasing a whirlpool.

Only issue I have with it is you have to keep track of it in your email. I miss the days of getting a card to keep in my wallet. When it’s in my email I sometimes forget I have it which I’m sure is the master plan.
