So sad I spent money on this and missed by return window by 1 day. I have tried countess methods to get my clothes to come out clean with this thing. And after $1800 I am stuck with using the bathtub to wash my clothes.

Bestbuy never refunds when this happens and they don't help when you contact them. It is not a good idea to make GC available on the Bestbuy account without any security measures. My suggestion to Bestbuy: Do what most other GC sellers are doing. Email the code to the buyer and never make it available on the Bestbuy account. was not a good experience.

Posted .Hello. Gift Cards aren't stored on Bestbuy.com. We do have a 2 factor authentication option that is available and advise customers to protect their Gift Cards as they are treated as Cash and can't be refunded.

The $10 promotion e-giftcard cannot be applied on any order. And when you contact the online chat customer service, they cannot do anything but tell you the card is active and go ahead to call a hotline number which is not available until tomorrow! What a joke!

The store posted a sign that said if items were purchased, I would receive a $150.00 gift card/certificate. I called customer service because I didn't receive it, I was informed because I use Best Buy gift cards, that I purchased, and didn't use my credit card, I couldn't I get the gift reward.

Less then One more after using gift card find out the order was “canceled” and then it was remade and the gift card had disappeared and I was charged for full retail price because card was removed and price match guarantee was also removed. Spent 2.5 hours on hold to be told it would be 30 business days for the adjustment to take place. After this debacle I am not sure if I will continue to support Best Buy, the issue being fixed will determine that.
