Not worth the money and I tried to return it under the holiday return policy that Best Buy falsely advertised that I had to return at the time of purchase and they argued with me about it and refused the return.I got stuck with a $500 piece of garbage.

I have never gotten it so I can't speak on it. Never got $10 off or $400 given to me by Best Buy.

This machine sucks and GE customer service is even worse. My machine has been broken since August. It takes 2-6 hours to get anything close to dry. Sensor dry doesn’t work at all. I’ve complained to the BBB. Now at least I have Geek Squad service, maybe they won’t be as bad. No one will give me a refund.

It was stated i would receive a $50 gift card with purchase, but though i did got an email for it, i can't apply it on my new order.

i was promised i would receive this with my order but the email never showed up; I decided to cancel my order and then the 5 dollar promotional reward certificate that i had used to pay was never added back to my account.

This nasty place lies to the customers 24 seven a day you purchase things for them and they give them to other people when they are already processed in order we went down there when the order was processed and ready for pick up then they said it wasn’t ready when we were already at the store

Best buy has once again failed on getting enough inventory to be able to complete and distribute their pre orders. Promised a 9/14 pickup date for the new MK1 Xbox game and did not even get enough to fulfill their pre orders. I paid an extra $40 to get it today and once again disappointed. Not the first time for this store!

I would rather have a $10 credit to my account than get an E gift card that may be easy to use.

PS the phone Is good but best buy are trash I got the phone with a cracked screen and they refused to return it in store

Have had this refrigerator since 8/23. Have had the the ice maker replaced once. And am scheduling repair again for same issue.

I upgraded from 15 year old dishwasher to this new Samsung Stormwash and regretting it since then. Useless dishwasher, dirty dishes 80% of time. Called GeekSquad to check if something is wrong but no trouble found but still dirty dishes.

This product satisfied only during the furst month. The suction has started degrading after first month. I will not recommend this product to any one. It will not do the job as you expect.. only 30% of vaccum will be done

If i preorder i expect the game to be at my residence on the release date. Not ship on the release date and get it 3 days later. Y'all really need to fix this issue.
