You’re only given back the difference you paid personally AND YOU DON’T RECEIVE YOUR CERTIFICATE BACK! Which is never explained at time of purchase OR when you return it. That’s how Best Buy treats their loyal customers ! So just want others to be aware of their practices before they lose their certificates as well.

This card was added to my online planned purchase for 4 appliances (dishwasher, over range microwave, double oven range, and refrigerator). I didnt buy online and purchased from the lical store (purchase is verifiable) and they did not include the promotional card.
