Great Freezer with Some Annoyances

Can be hard to reopen once opened and closed as there seems to be some air suction action going on (a good thing but should be delayed). My lock key doesn’t work and I can’t lock the freezer. Only comes with 4 racks and I wish there were 5 to store more things. I think I will exchange it just to get my lock working.

The icy tray over flows a bit so every time you open the freezer a few cubs of ice fall into the bottom. Delivery was fast and quick. Techs knew what they were doing
