Built like a tank and weighs about as much as one!

The handle that opens the 2nd door would not catch without pushing in real hard for it to catch, thankfully it’s a known issue with some so the sent out a free replacement. Top notch service. Just a warning this thing is extremely heavy so be prepared.

They give you money and gift certificates to use all the time. The total protection plan covers everything.....The Geek Squad is the best as well. Delivery, installation and haul away. Best Buy has it figured out for today's electronics!

Great Item, with a small flaw (WiFi Connectivity)

Most responsive over other products that do the same thing. However, there is an issue where connectivity to the Hue Bridge lags, where I have to re-initiate WiFi connectivity to fix. This is the reason I only gave 4 stars.
