One downfall is the ice machine spits ice all over the place if you don’t have a cup big enough. I love the craft ice though. Also the Bluetooth doesn’t connect very well which brings up a point as to why my fridge should have an app. The crew that delivered it was really fast and efficient

Rewards program can use improvements

It’s kind of annoying that you get rewards notifications one day and then a few days later you get another saying you got more. To add on to it. Why isn’t there an option in your current purchase to modify and rewards after you did a pre-order that hasn’t arrived? Makes no sense. You should be able to apply it if you haven’t received the item yet.

Has held up for over a year now. We keep it covered. Glare is there from the sun but I think we would have that no matter what tv we chose. Not sure if others are better bc it’s our first one outside. No issues, I would recommend this tv.
