Treated like a criminal

I would not recommend ANYONE to buy ANYTHING online from this retailer. I ordered a video game online and received it with the cover damaged. Then the game did not work. Ok so I can return it right. The Best buy app encourages me to do so. Ask if it's open or not. (It is because of their carrier) And tells me just take it to a store and an associate will scan the code and replace it WRONG. The best buy employee was very RUDE and humiliated me to tears implied that I was stealing. I only bought the game for my son, it was damaged and wanted a replacement and was treated like a criminal just for following their directions for return. NEVER again, will I ever even consider buying from this place and encourage you to do the same. I
