It’s a Best Buy card. Only issue I have with it is you have to keep track of it in your email. I miss the days of getting a card to keep in my wallet. When it’s in my email I sometimes forget I have it which I’m sure is the master plan.

A good digital gift to friends. Delivered on time.

I received a promotional gift card with my purchase of a large appliance. The gift card does not work. They have an entire hotline JUST to resolve gift card issues and the customer service rep was extremely unhelpful. She verified I do have a balance on the gift card and basically said “sorry about your luck” and left me unable to make an online purchase. She just kept repeating (nearly 10 times) “What else can I help you with today?” As if she were a robot. Best Buy has NO land lines for their local stores that are accessible. I live 90 minutes from the closest Best Buy and I was told I will have to drive to the store to resolve my issue. I wish I had purchased my appliance elsewhere just so I wouldn’t have to deal with the lie of having a non functioning gift card I am unable to spend without making a trek across the state.

Refrigerator is nice but the ice maker is slow at making ice. Takes 24 hours just to barely fill halfway.

Cant use for everything at Best Buy like Xbox gift card.

Overpriced . Dont fit perfect like they are supposed to . You literally have to stay still with them .

Best Buy is great, you can find all of your electronic and home appliances there.

You cannot use this to buy any gift cards for example I tried to buy a PlayStation store gift card online and it wouldn’t allow me to, I went in store to try as well and they wouldn’t let you because THEY SAY IT FRAUDULENT!!! explain to me how !!!?! You supposedly can buy anything else except gift cards but yet to see if that is true !

This Best Buy gift card really does the job. It is conveniently sized just like a credit card to fit in your wallet. Is made of quality plastic, and the printing seems durable. They come in various denominations to suit any need. Items bought with it don’t accrue any interest

I was at first skeptical at this product as I could not understand how a VR headset could come at the price point and deliver a quality experience but I was thoroughly impressed with the package and the amount of entertainment this device delivered to the whole family. Bravo

The eGiftcard is sent to you via email and you have to continuously go to the page to get the card number and security code off of it. Why couldn't this just be added as a promotional balance to an account?
