These gift cards are nice - but I wish they would give you an option to autoload these to your account instead of having to save a PDF or printing out the barcode. It is 2022 and we need a better solution.

Yes I did purchase the open box but it stated excellent condition. Was missing sd card. Contacted support and said open box does not include sd card. No where in the description is this stated. For only a $20 discount from the price of new you will be much better off purchasing they new one. Best Buy was willing to return after going bsck and forth.

Beware….. the digital gift (electronic) card did not work on the app when trying to make a purchase. After an hour on the phone, being transferred 7 times, I was told I had to wait 5 days or 120 working hours for an answer and a re-issued gift card. I was so irritated….and then I went to the website instead of the app, and it accepted the gift card. This may be the last time I give Best Buy my money.

My refrigerator was delivered with a dent in the door. I contacted Best Buy and was promised a $30 gift card as compensation. I feel this amount is inadequate, but my other option was to re-order the same refrigerator, but not at the sale price. I have never recieved the promised gift card. I spent an hour with the terrible online chat and then call in customer service reps to try to get this resolved. I was promised an eail within 2 hours with the $30 gift card. This didn't happen. Now my options are to give up or do through a terrible customer service call service experience again. I advise anyone considering an online purchase through Best Buy to go elswhere. You will not receive satisfactory customer service if you have a problem with your order.

Had issues after under 2 yrs. Serviced washer and parts did not fit as machine was no longer being made. Foor replaced was too big. Had to pay more with insurance due to that item no longer being made.

It does the job. It would be nice if it had a separate rinse and/or spin option.

I got this $100 promo gift for buying a refrigerator. I used it to purchase another product and refunded it. But Best Buy will not refund the gift card. I called customer service like 10 times. Some promised to refill the card. Some promised to mail it. Some promised to give straight refund. None of the actually happened. Best Buy took $100 from and never returned. DO NOT BUY ANY APPLICANCES WITH GIFT CARD PROMO. Best Buy will take it at any chance and never give it back. Best Buy will steal your gift card.

Got this for buying a game . I kept getting email reminders to use it. I would rather it didn't have a expiration date just saying

I love my new Samsung Refrigerator! The convenience offered by the 4 door unit makes meal prep and storage easy and quick. I do wish the ice maker provided more and larger ice cubes.

The camera is good but even with a lot of light the images get blurry. It lacks precisions.

Received on a holiday deal but then they gave a better promotion, they don't price match those though... probably hold off on using and buying promos through the return period in my experience

Poor battery life span. I use my phone regularly for work, within a little over 4 hours it went from full charge to almost dead.

It was a little complicated to access and use but was a nice addition to an earlier purchase.

Great promotion! Received this from spending X amount of money at BB on a vacuum. Unfortunately, I ended up returning the vacuum because it was poor quality. I've spent my entire young adult life purchasing appliances and electronics for my past 3 homes throughout the years. They've always been really easy to work with- until recently. The online chat and phone customer service is now contracted out internationally. It is EXTREMELY difficult to communicate with the reps who are not well versed in English and every experience is very frustrating. It seems everything in America is going this route and it is seriously depressing. Unfortunately, I will now be going elsewhere for any future large appliance and electronic purchases. I'm sure nobody at Best Buy will even read this review, but wanted to get it out there that you are losing a very loyal customer who has spent thousands.

In my opinion, a promotional gift card should still be reissued if you're forced to return an item that showed up broken. But Best Buy would not reissue my promotional certificate.
