Perhaps if I purchased the items on two receipts? I was told no, only one per account. Guess I should’ve set up a different account and made the purchase separately.

If I Could Give Zero Stars I Would

The gift card does not work. They have an entire hotline JUST to resolve gift card issues and the customer service rep was extremely unhelpful. She verified I do have a balance on the gift card and basically said “sorry about your luck” and left me unable to make an online purchase. She just kept repeating (nearly 10 times) “What else can I help you with today?” As if she were a robot. Best Buy has NO land lines for their local stores that are accessible. I live 90 minutes from the closest Best Buy and I was told I will have to drive to the store to resolve my issue. I wish I had purchased my appliance elsewhere just so I wouldn’t have to deal with the lie of having a non functioning gift card I am unable to spend without making a trek across the state.
