Easy to use, but wouldn't giving money be better???

The phone was really hyped for his camera but I found it a downgrade over my Samsung S21. In particular the portrait mode is a big disappointment. Also phone gets switched off multiple times, when i disconnect it from my car charging port. Overall, I think its not the bext Pixel. May be pixel 7 pro will be a much better choice.

This Best Buy gift card was for free after buying apple products and I was able to use it to pay for another order so I am happy with my savings and products.

Good promotion, but wish it came sooner than the delivery date so i coould’ve used it on other purchases related to the original item.

I purchased a washer and a dryer and should have been issued to $50 E gift cards… Only one of the two arrived via email. I called Best Buy customer support and was told I would need to call the gift card number and that they could not help me… I called the gift card number and they told me I would have to call customer support and they could not help me. Ridiculous.

Most purchases are very easy, but I got a huge run around about a lugagge a few months back. Multiple customer services told me it was shipped. The day it was supposed to arrive for the second time it didnt show. I called then next day and they told me it was a payment issue, which the other workers didn't tell me. Funny thing is I order the luggage and another item and the other item arrived no issues with the same payment. Best Buy customer service don't care about you. If a order is delayed I promise you they don't and won't deliver the item. SAD

Came with a game I bought. Used it to buy some new RAM which ended up not working.

I purchase Apple apps all the time so getting this additional $15 Best Buy e-gift is nice. Just have to fork out $100 first to get the Apple gift card.

I've talked to customer service multiple times and did everything they suggested and left a ticket on 11/29 and have never heard back. Every time I try to redeem it it says I don't have authorization but it hasn't been used because I'm still getting emails from Best Buy telling me my gift card is ready. I can assure you that I will never be dealing with Best Buy ever again. This has been a horrible experience and it's cost me money. And every time I chatted with their customer service they would tell me there's nothing they could do and I'd have to call the number but I'm hard of hearing and can't make calls. Their accessibility options are non-existent. Never buy Best Buy again.

Cool that this came with purchase of oculus but wish it was a visa gift card cause then it could be used to buy in game content.

I received this promotional gift card when I purchased my s25. I activated it and just went to use it. The balance is zero. I never used it. Was told that the balance was cancelled on 02/21. Cannot get me gift card money back

Always easy and convenient to give and also to receive & use. Plenty if things at Best Buy to use it at. Hard part is deciding on what to get!

We didn't even know that our purchase included the Best Buy E-Gift card! We used it to purchase a new router to go with our new computer.

I haven't used our e gift card yet but plan to soon! In one month's time our TV, Microwave, and food processor all quit. Bought a LG TV.
