Tried the gc for a purchase online and it wouldn’t let me. I called and placed the order. Within 5 minutes I got an email that my order was canceled for a payment issue. When I called they said because the billing address didn’t match and my gift card would be credited back. Well that does me no good for the game that was on sale or having that $50 to use for Christmas. Gave Best Buy another chance and disappointed in service once again.

I just received the oven, although it is georgeous and easy to use, the porcelain coating on the grates started to peel off due to the surface rubbing against the pots and pans. The oven top was just used a few times and I could already see the metal underneath the enamel coating. For such an expensive range, it is very disappointing that despite how gentle it was used, the surface got damaged right away.
