Tried the gc for a purchase online and it wouldn’t let me. I called and placed the order. Within 5 minutes I got an email that my order was canceled for a payment issue. When I called they said because the billing address didn’t match and my gift card would be credited back. Well that does me no good for the game that was on sale or having that $50 to use for Christmas. Gave Best Buy another chance and disappointed in service once again.
