The promotional gift card does not work. Talked to six different people giving me different timelines and excuses and still not fixed! I talked to one guy that tried to charge me $4.95 to fix the gift card, would not put a supervisor on the phone unless I gave him my bank card info! When I told him I wasn't paying for them to fix my gift card and wasn't giving him my card info I was then told he wasn't putting me through to the supervisor until I did. Finally after I told him I was recording the call and was calling corporate to play it for them he finally transfered me. The supervisor was just as rude. He told me that was procedure and then gave me another number to call before hanging up on me. The number he gave me had nothing to do with Best Buy! I will not be shopping with Best Buy again after this. Beware if you are offered a promotional gift card to buy something. I made my purchase in November, it's six days before Christmas and still no gift card!

Ok so far. We were very confused as to why nothing was dry after the first couple of uses. I read online that you have to have a rinse aid for it to dry. I tried that with liquid detergent and it worked. Kind of annoying but it worked. I probably would have done a little more research and purchased a better quality dishwasher if I could go back but it gets the job done.

Gift card is similar as visa card.i have used this card while best buy purchased. I bought this gifts card to give birthday gift to my elder kids. He was very happy to bought his game through this gift cards.
