I spent it on printer ink to bring the exorbitant cost down. I received it as a promo for purchasing an EKG reader. It's like having free money. You get a credit card number and the PIN code. Fairly easy to use online. Just enter the number as you would a credit card and enter the PIN, then use another credit card to pay the rest of the balance. I purchased HP printer ink online and then had it shipped for free to my house.
