I have gone with Best Buy instead of Amazon for my video game purchases for my family. I love the Madden football game and enjoy how quickly Best Buy ships it with quality. I fully suggest to anyone who is an avid video gamers to use only Best Buy.

The promotional gift card does not work. Talked to six different people giving me different timelines and excuses and still not fixed! I talked to one guy that tried to charge me $4.95 to fix the gift card, would not put a supervisor on the phone unless I gave him my bank card info! When I told him I wasn't paying for them to fix my gift card and wasn't giving him my card info I was then told he wasn't putting me through to the supervisor until I did. Finally after I told him I was recording the call and was calling corporate to play it for them he finally transfered me. The supervisor was just as rude. He told me that was procedure and then gave me another number to call before hanging up on me. The number he gave me had nothing to do with Best Buy! I will not be shopping with Best Buy again after this. Beware if you are offered a promotional gift card to buy something. I made my purchase in November, it's six days before Christmas and still no gift card!

Reviewing a gift card lol. This is awesome. I got a $150 gift card and used my best buy credit card for 18 month interest free financing

Ecards were easy to use when ordering online. Returned item at local store without a problem. Ecards were replaced with actual cards that can be used in store or on line.

Great bonus to money spent. Good way to give back to loyal customers.
