GC is worthless cause I will never shop here again

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We received 2 of these cards when we purchased a new washer and dryer set which we had installed. They are worthless because I will never purchase from Best Buy again on account of the horrible installation experience we have had. The Installer was 1 hour late to the latest time in the window we were given with no apology or explanation. He caused and left us with a gas leak which could have blown up our house had we not noticed. He left the y connector for the steam kit (which he was supposed to install but didn’t) but not the hose so we can’t even install the kit ourselves. We have taken 5 days off work, paid $400 to a plumber to fix his mistake, and spent 10+ hours on phone trying to get a resolution for the situation with customer service not helping at all. All they can do is make appt and only ones that are available. No exceptions for mistakes their installers make or emergencies. I would never let anyone from this company install anything for me again.
