I hadn't used it or opened it. They refused to credit my account. I told the manager that Best Buy has lost my business and he replied that "Then I won't give you a store credit". To which I replied that I didn't want it, that I was taking the merchandise with me. This was the store on Butterfield Rd. in Downers Grove. Sad thing is that our business is shopping for a new computer, but we will not be purchasing it from Best Buy. We are done with Best Buy.

I’ve had this for only 4 months and when I play on pc it kicks me offline but hehe I connect to my internet wirelessly it works perfectly fine don’t know how something fails so easily

I purchased the product because it was a Best Buy brand and significantly cheaper than the other brand I don’t know if I did anything that caused it not to work, but I don’t think so. I ran it through PVC to an outdoor shop to a Wi-Fi extender that previously worked great until an AT&T contractor came to install a new line to my house. He cut my old Ethernet line and so that is why I purchased this one. The old line was even spliced once with a splitter so I decided to get one long enough to not have to split it.
