Purchased this in October and finally opened it to install it a few months later, only to find out it doesn't work. BestBuy will not accept a return or exchange. Make sure to test your electronic purchases from BestBuy immediately when you get home because often times people return stuff that isn't working, BestBuy repackages it, and you can end up getting the short end of the stick.

But it was the power adapter that came with it that failed. Luckily i bought 2 sets of lights so i tested out what the issue was and the lights work just the power adapter it came with wasn't giving the proper current. No wonder they were on sale.

Tried different outlets and everything. I have some other ones that I love but by the time I got around to trying the 16ft ones out they didn’t turn on and it’s too late to return them. So bummed.
