Compact 4-port USB Expander

Since I have a USB CD/DVD Disc Drive, USB wireless Mouse, Thumb Drive and an external 4TB SSD, was a must item to get.

What in the heck is a DONGLE??

Why don't (or didn't) they call it a USB multi-port or something like like? Anyway I now know what they are and what they do. I also now know that they come in many different forms as freebies or SWAG at health fairs and training, etc.
