Also, you should make sure that the hardware you’re trying to plug in will be fully functional when plugged into the dongle; unfortunately, the wireless receiver for my SteelSeries Arctic Pro does not work with the dongle.

We have to turn off the breaker just to be safe. We already had two service calls. They replaced the control panel and main board and it still turns on by itself. Missed the return date by 5-days and Best Buy will not authorize a return, my last purchase with them.

Unfortunately, there is a horrible lag when I plug my devices into this. It’s so bad that I can barely get through the day without giving up and removing something from my laptop and plugging directly into it instead of this.

I had an external keyboard and two hard drives plugged in, it kept loseing a connection. I am not sure why but i am guessing its due to a lack of amperage. Good luck

The sales associate recommended this 4-Port USB 2.0 Hub. The hub is compact and even stores the connecting cable in the bottom. It's a great little device that serves its purpose for me, and it was also a great price.
