We have to turn off the breaker just to be safe. We already had two service calls. They replaced the control panel and main board and it still turns on by itself. Missed the return date by 5-days and Best Buy will not authorize a return, my last purchase with them.

Unfortunately, there is a horrible lag when I plug my devices into this. It’s so bad that I can barely get through the day without giving up and removing something from my laptop and plugging directly into it instead of this.

I had an external keyboard and two hard drives plugged in, it kept loseing a connection. I am not sure why but i am guessing its due to a lack of amperage. Good luck

The sales associate recommended this 4-Port USB 2.0 Hub. The hub is compact and even stores the connecting cable in the bottom. It's a great little device that serves its purpose for me, and it was also a great price.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a basic 4 dock USB hub. The box is smaller than a yellow post-it, about 3/4 inch tall. The cable is only 3 inches long and is designed to fit into a molded channel on the bottom. If you are traveling, that might be handy. A small blue LED light is on top. I plugged it in and now have three USB cables carrying data to the printer, my cordless mouse and a memory stick. Can't complain about the price either!

It is only a usb 2.0, so keep that in mind. I generally use hubs with 3 ports on same side with 1 port at the end, but at the desk, cords running different directions work best with this type hub.
