But, a quick investigation showed it still worked on battery power, so the cord was at fault. My next stop was Best Buy, where they had a replacement in stock...Thank You!

Competitively priced with Staples - who 'didn't have that'.

I also set up an additional HDMI cord so alli have to do is connect the Apple TV box,and voila….. total access in minutes!

They showed me the right plug. I didn't have to stay l Long. I was on my way home.

We got no help from the manufacturer, but within five minutes of entering the store I was told where to find my cord and then I was led to the location where it was located.
