They sold me the same cord and the man said to me, “this is the right cord. I’ve worked here for XX #of years. I know cords. “. He said this and everyone in the department turned to look. I left with the same BIG cords that still do not work. I will not be back.

Incorrect product

The polarized cord is what came up but the PS4 uses a non-polarized power cord, so this one didn't fit. The app/website needs to be corrected to display the correct power cord when doing a search.
