    I took my TV model # and a picture of the back of my TV as this was the THIRD time I have been to BEST BUY to buy a power cord. They sold me the same cord and the man said to me, “this is the right cord. I’ve worked here for XX #of years. I know cords. “. He said this and everyone in the department turned to look. I left with the same BIG cords that still do not work. I will not be back.

    The store employee told me this was the item I needed … it WAS NOT !! And wasn’t aware of the 15 day return policy but had a different employee tell me he would gladly throw it in the trash for me !!! How stupid !!! That would have been cash in his pocket !!!

    I misplaced my PS4 power cable during a move so searched on Best Buy for a replacement. The polarized cord is what came up but the PS4 uses a non-polarized power cord, so this one didn't fit. The app/website needs to be corrected to display the correct power cord when doing a search.

    Does not fit the tv that Best Buy sold me. I bought a Samsung, it arrived without a power cord. Best Buy staff recommended this one. It physically doesn’t fit in the space.
