Computer System causes customer long wait

When I tried to exchange this, at the time I showed up at the store to pick up my (mistaken) purchase, I was there nearly an hour but the employees could not get the computer system to credity what I boght (incorrectly = my mistake) so that I could do an exchange for what I really needed.
