I was hooking up my Insignia sound bar to my Samsung TV and I had the composite AV cable already but the instructions said that a Digital Optical Audio Cable was best. I thought it would be expensive so I've always used the cheaper cables. I checked Best Buy online and they had this Digital Optical Audio Cable on closeout for $3.49 and my local store had one. I ordered online and they had it ready for pick up in less than an hour. Brought it home, plugged it in and it works great. It's probably me, but it sounds louder now.

What can you possibly say about a 6 foot black digital cable. I did not measure it but will accept the manufacturers claim of 6 feet. It is black and does transmit a digital signal from my TV to the base of my wireless headset with clarity thereby allowing me to hear the full sound spectrum which is better than the TV speakers.

They fit very well and look nice and sleek. So far no audio issue since I installed them.

It’s the cheapest I could find and it works as expected. It takes a bit more force than other cables to plug it into my receiver though.

I needed to hook up the audio output of my smart TV to my stereo . The output for audio on my smart TV is an optical connection. This cable was the perfect length and price for my needs . I use this in my garage . Things get a little noisy so the optical cable solved my problem, at an inexpensive price .

Updated our tv recently but we were having problems hearing with clarity when watching the tv shows. The speakers from the tv where causing the sound to go out to the sides of the tv and not the front. We had an older speaker system but our new tv did not have anywhere to plug our speaker connections to so we did some investigating. Found out we needed a Digital Optical cable to connect to 2 together. Went to Best Buy where we bought our tv and they knew exactly what we needed but did not have one in stock. Our salesperson ordered the right cable and in a few days we were in business. We can hear the tv with clarity. Thank you Best Buy.

This cable was exactly what I needed to change my sound bar into a theater quality sound system. I couldn’t find this length in the store but found it quickly on line.

Nice quality. Does the perfect job for me. No need to spend a fortune on this type of cable. They all work the same with an optical signal. This is perfect.

This did not come with my soundbar and was recommended for the best sound. It does make a difference compared to the audio cables that came with the soundbar. Reasonable price for the sound quality

Needed a replacement cord for my LG soundbar, since my cat chewed the one it came with in the box. Works perfectly & is thicker than the original cord.
