Paid for new got an open box

This wouldn’t have been that big of a deal but the USB cable that connects the hub to the computer was not in the box. I had one of the cables laying around, but it’s still annoying that I paid for a new product and got a used one that didn’t have all the parts. If they actually give you a new product, it works just fine and as described. The reason for the two star is just that Best Buy ripped me off.
