The guys were efficient and quick. I would definitely recommend Geek Squad for installation as they have always been my go to. Great job guys. Mrs. Williams of Harvey, La.

All parts were there and if something was broken or missing I could return to store . But didn’t half to it looked new.

solid, heavy duty mount at a good price

It holds a lot of weight. The only weakness is that it does not pull out from the wall super far, just half a foot about. But, this makes it more sturdy and less unwieldy.

Great price and well built

With these kinds of projects you need to fully commit, either have best buy install it for you or be prepared to do it yourself.

It didn’t work well for a ROKU 75” TV despite being well under the weight limit. It’s my fault for trying, but the issue is really that for an off center hole pattern like the Roku, this mount can’t handle any tilt without leaning forward completely. It likely CAN work with a 75” TV if it has center mount holes, but I would stick to 65” TVs that are lighter. I am giving it 4 stars for lack of anyway to lock in the tilt, a feature all mounts should have.

Comes with template to help with locating where to drill and leveling mount however i just used the actual mount instead and had no issues
