    This was a returned and repackaged item. No instructions and I had to buy my own screws and washers at the hardware store. But they have instructional videos for mounting, and I appreciated the discount.

    This mount holds the TV securely. It is very stiff and it is diffiult to change tilt or viewing angle. I am concerned that trying to change angle might cause damage to thin OLED panel.

    Great wall mount for the price. Definitely sturdy enough for our Samsung 55” TV. I like that it does come off the wall a bit (around 4-5”) which gives you enough room to plug cords etc.

    the metal bowed out from a 60 inch tv, there are not guard rails to stop the tv from coming off the tracks if you slide it too far. It also would not sit level no matter how we positioned it which was really frustrating. paid to have it mounted just to pay again to have it unmounted to install a better TV mount. stop selling this!

    First time I tried a wall bracket to hold the new Samsung TV. It works only improvement suggestion would be to increase the swivel angel so it would be easier to access the back of the Tv in order to connect accessories easier.

    The mount has potential and keeps TV mounted on the wall. My friend said his TV did not stay mounted and came out of the wall. Mine has not done that.
