It's cheap for a reason...

Word of advice, next time, just spend a bit more as it's most likely better than this. It's cheap for a reason, this wall mount is metal but truly feels like plastic. We got this installed by a geek squad installer and the tv was not straight. We got it checked and reinstalled again by a 2nd installer. You know it's bad when even the installer said that this mount sucks. It's ironic that this is a best buy-made product. This mount is supposed to tilt and turn but we don't feel safe touching the tv at all. I really hope Best Buy takes this product off and redesigns it.

It’s sort of wobbly no matter how much I tighten the various knobs

But they conveniently leave out the fact that it is NOT wide enough for most studs in walls. Poor showing. Do not buy
