Was worried that it wouldn’t but so far so good. With it came with more hardware, but I jimmy rigged some old wood and bolts to mount it.

I ended up having to purchase bolts at Home Depot.

Didn't include the right hardware for my TV!!!

All the screws that came with it were too short, requiring me to make a trip to Home Depot to find the right sized screws. Buyer beware that the included hardware may not fit for your TV!!!

Also, with the Samsung TV one connect, it did not fit behind the TV. Had to return.

Didn't fit my new T.V.

I eventually had to run out to Wal-Mart and purchase a pack of T.V. screws to complete the installation. Otherwise, it's a decent mount.
