    This mount got the TV as close to the wall as possible and holds it securely. Only suggestion would be to add a zip tie to the release cords as they are fairly short for an 85" television.

    We purchased 6 “flat” TV mounts from your store location in Tustin/Irvine, but due to the way our TV outlets are configured, they weren’t the right product. Only one TV station worked with the flat mount, so we purchased 5 traditional mounts (more expensive and also from BestBuy). Unfortunately, we had to travel back to WI to visit a sick relative, so I was delayed in mounting the TV’s. When attempting to return the flat mounts (past 14 days of purchase, but within the standard 30 days), my wife was rudely declined by your “store manager”. I understand store policy, but being disrespectful to your paying customers is unacceptable. We’ll keep this in mind when selecting companies for future purchases.
