    I ended up not having the right type of wall for this product. I thought I did but once I started to install it, I noticed my walls were not made of what I thought they were made of. I sought out professional help, but to no avail. after all that my time period for a free return had passed. I still have the wall mount I hope to use it or gift it in the future. Make sure you have the right product for your needs.

    With this type of wall bracket, it can be difficult to connect to the HDMI due to the lack of room between the wall and the TV.

    None of the screws that were included were the right length for the Samsung TV I purchased with it. I had to cut the spacers included in half then used the longer screws to make it fit. TV is so tight to the wall that there isn't room for the soundbar transformer behind it, barely enough room for the cords. You have to plug everything in before setting the TV on the wall, you can't get your hand behind there.
